2:30 PM -4:30 PM : Registration & Name Tag Pick Up 

5:30 PM - 9:30 PM : Welcome Reception and Dinner at Manor House Ruins & Gardens - Twilight in the Ruins


Monday July 27h: 

7:00 AM – 8:30 AM : Buffet Breakfast and late registration 

8:30 AM – 12:30 PM : General Sessions

12:30 PM - Lunch Buffet

12:30 PM - 4:30 PM :  On Your Own 

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM : Clay Shoot Tournament

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM : President’s Reception & Private Bourbon Tasting

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM : Association Dinner (Option to go on your own if desired) Pizza, Pints & Play

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM : Family S'mores Night


Tuesday July 28th: 

7:30 AM – 2:00 PM : Golf Tournament

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM : Pickleball Clinic & Tournament

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM : Reception and Dinner at Georgian Hall - Off to the Races!


Wednesday July 29th:

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM : Donuts and coffee at Birch Cottage

11:00 AM : Checkout and Depart
