6:00 PM - 8:00 PM : Association Dinner (Option to go on your own if desired) Pizza, Pints & Play

7:30 PM - 9:00 PM : Family S'mores Night

Tuesday July 28th:

7:30 AM – 2:00 PM : Golf Tournament

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM : Pickleball Clinic & Tournament

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM : Reception and Dinner at Georgian Hall - Off to the Races!

Wednesday July 29th:

7:00 AM - 9:00 AM : Donuts and coffee at Birch Cottage

11:00 AM : Checkout and Depart

Pricing

Cancellation by July 1, 2026 - full refund less $50 administration fee or credit card processing fees, whichever is higher
Cancellation by July 15, 2026 - 50% refund, less $50 administration fee or credit card processing fees, whichever is higher
Cancellation by July 25, 2026 or after - will be reviewed on a case by case basis
